3. Payment Terms

All payments for services are due upfront. Goodly Growth LLC operates on a monthly billing cycle, and payments are required in advance for each month’s services. Once payment is received, services will be rendered according to the agreed-upon scope of work.

4. Credit Card Authorization

By providing your credit card information to Goodly Growth LLC, you are authorizing us to charge your card for the agreed-upon services on a recurring monthly basis. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your services according to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 5. Providing your credit card information is considered a legal signature and serves as your consent to these recurring charges.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all monthly payments are non-refundable. This applies to all services provided by Goodly Growth LLC, including but not limited to digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and advertising campaigns. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services up to one (1) business day prior to the renewal date of their monthly billing cycle. To cancel, you must contact us in writing at service@goodlygrowth.com. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the service will automatically renew for the following month, and you will be charged accordingly.

7. Changes to Terms

Goodly Growth LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates.
